Yes. We take privacy seriously and use safeguards designed to protect your personal and health information.

We see patients with a broad range of Ear, Nose and Throat concerns. Examples include chronic rhinitis, vertigo, hearing loss, sleep apnea, chronic tonsillitis, and more.

A referral is not required, but if you'd like one, you can request a referral form from your family physician, optometrist, dentist, audiologist, hearing aid practitioner, physiotherapist, or any healthcare provider. If you have a referral form, upload it during the appointment booking process. If not, simply proceed without uploading a document.

Bring any relevant records, a list of medications, and your health insurance information. If you have a referral and have not uploaded it, bring it with you if an in-person visit is scheduled.
