This system expedites the ENT referral process allowing patients to speak to a health care provider regarding their Ear, Nose and Throat issues sooner than the standard 6–9 month wait time of traditional referrals.

We strive to schedule your initial phone consultation within two weeks, whether you have a referral or not. Simply upload your referral form if you have one, and book a phone consultation at your convenience.

Our healthcare providers will review your medical history and the current ENT-related concern during your appointment. They will also start you on any therapies and/or order any imaging necessary to diagnose the problem.

Yes. After your initial phone appointment, you will be scheduled for an in-person appointment with one of our providers.

We see any patient who is struggling with Ear, Nose or Throat issues. This can range from chronic rhinitis, vertigo, hearing loss, sleep apnea, chronic tonsillitis and more.

No, a referral is not mandatory. We accept both referrals from healthcare providers and self-referrals from patients. If you have a referral form, you can upload it during the appointment booking process. If not, simply proceed without uploading a document.

We strive to schedule initial consultations with an ENT-trained nurse or physician within two weeks, regardless of whether you have a referral.

No, the appointment is at no cost and is fully covered by provincial health care.
