Cadent Health uses a structured AI guided intake process to understand your hearing concerns, guide you to the right hearing specialist, and support a clear plan for evaluation and care. This ultimately leads to an in person evaluation with a board certified hearing aid practitioner, audiologist, doctor, and/or otolaryngologist depending on your needs.
Appointment timing depends on specialist availability, but our process is designed to be organized, transparent, and patient-centred.
Just 3 structured steps to begin your hearing care.
Our intake pathway helps us understand your hearing needs, connect you with the right team of practitioners / specialists, and keep your primary care provider informed, so your care is coordinated and clear.
1. AI-guided intake
Start with a secure online intake that gathers information about your hearing history, symptoms, and goals.
2. Clinical intake review
A clinician (at first, a hearing aid practitioner or audiologist) reviews your information with you, clarifies your concerns, and determines whether further hearing assessment is appropriate.
3. Hearing consultation
An in person appointment with a hearing aid practitioner or audiologist is scheduled including an in-person hearing test and together you develop a care plan. An appointment with a physician or otolaryngologist may also be booked depending on your needs and your family doctor. Specialist appointment time is based on waitlist and availability.
