How we help
We make accessing hearing care clear and straightforward. Here’s how the process works:
1. Upload your referral if you have one.
You can upload it directly during intake or you can see us without referral.
2. Complete our online intake
You complete a secure AI guided about your hearing concerns, symptoms, and medical history. (HIPAA, PIPEDA compliant)
3. Meet with our intake clinician
A clinician reviews your intake, clarifies your hearing needs, and determines the appropriate “in person”next steps.
4. See the practitioner
You are matched with the hearing professional best suited to your situation. The initial appointment is with a hearing aid practitioner or audiologist. Another appointment may be needed with a doctor or otolaryngologist depending on your problem. Appointment timing with our physicians depends on availability and waitlists.
5. Receive a clear treatment plan
You receive a clear plan for assessment, treatment, and follow-up, tailored to your needs.
